Sportverein Darmstadt 1898 was founded on 22 May 1898 as FC Olympia Darmstadt. In early 1919 it was briefly called Rasen-Sportverein Olympia, and on 11 November that year it merged with Darmstädter Sport Club 1905 to become SV Darmstadt 98. The club reached the Bundesliga for the 2015–16 and 2016–17 seasons after 33 years in the lower leagues, and was promoted again in 2023 before going straight back down the following season. Today it is part of a sports club with more than 13,500 members.
There are only a handful of Darmstadt items in the catalogue, and the pattern is clear: they run from 2015–16 to 2021–22, starting exactly with the club’s first Bundesliga season. Nothing from the 33 lower-league years before that survives here.
With one exception — a Craft polo shirt — every item is a home shirt. There are no away, third or goalkeeper shirts in the listing at all. The compensation is condition: grades run from 7/10 to 10/10, with most at 9/10, which is the highest average of any club page on this site. Prices are correspondingly low, and the sizes on offer lean towards the extremes, with XS and 4XL both appearing.
