Associazione Calcio Monza was founded on 1 September 1912 as Monza Foot-Ball Club. The team originally wore blue and white and adopted red and white in 1932, which is why supporters call them i biancorossi. Monza have played at the Stadio Brianteo since 1988. The club held the Italian record of 40 Serie B seasons without ever reaching Serie A, went through bankruptcies in 2004 and 2015, and was bought by Silvio Berlusconi in 2018. Promotion to Serie B followed in 2020 and the club’s first ever promotion to Serie A came in 2022. Monza have also won the Coppa Italia Serie C a record four times.
This is the single most useful thing to know about the listing. Training tops, drill tops, bench coats, jackets and polos make up a larger share than home shirts do. Home shirts are the second largest group, followed by away, goalkeeper and third shirts, with a few marked Match Issue or Staff Issue — the latter handed out to club personnel rather than worn in a match.
Stock runs from 1980 to 2024 and spreads unusually evenly across the decades, so this is one of the deeper lower-league Italian listings. adidas is the most common label, ahead of Lotto, with Reebok on some 1990s training wear and Macron on recent items. A few pieces are template garments from Garman or Lotto rather than club-specific kit. Condition ranges widely, from 3/10 to 10/10, but most items sit around 8/10 and prices are modest by retro standards.
